Grünten Summit

Many paths lead to the Grünten. The sunrise here and at the nearby Jägerdenkmal is unique due to the exposed location. For this, a quick ascent from the Alpe Kammeregg (free parking just below the alp, toll-free) via the Grüntenhütte to the monument is recommended. The enjoyment tour leads on the southeast side, first from the Berggasthof Alpenblick via the Schwandalpe (try the Käsbrot) to the Grüntenhaus and on to the summit.
