Absolute silence. Not a soul. Ankle-deep snow creaks underfoot. A herd of chamois crosses the path, two ptarmigan flutter into the distance. That, exactly, is time out.

Great tour with kids (10/13) and dog. There is a fantastic view from the Rossköpfe. The climb to the Zwölferköpfl is tough though. It feels like a 100% gradient in places.
