The stream comes down over the granite rocks and moss into the valley. This is also the lowest point of the hike. Very idyllic here.

Today we went to the Triberg waterfall. Start was parking lot Adelheid. Komoot shows 230 HM because only the difference between the lowest and highest point is calculated. However, it is very steep on this tour. And it goes up and down in waves. A challenge even at "only" 25 degrees

The starting point was the multi-storey car park behind Edeka. €1.50/hour. From there, however, it goes directly and continuously uphill to the highest point without running in or warming up. As soon as you have passed the building of the health clinic, you hardly meet anyone. The descent goes along the waterfalls on a paved path. It is steep in …

Hike to the Trieberg Waterfall.
There is a nice loop trail through the forest to the waterfall.
The waterfall falls over several steps into the valley. The path leads along the side with a good view of the waterfall.
The path is easy to walk on but also a little steep.

Quite nice to look at. But it is very busy and a big deal. As the process progresses, the crowds become a little smaller. But I don't have to go there again.

Today we went to the Triberg waterfalls in the Black Forest. Parking is easy in the area of the Kurhaus in the immediate vicinity of the waterfall. I found out there that the Gutach flows over a total head of 163 towards Triberg. Since there had been heavy rainfall in the last few weeks, the water masses were enormous and …

Bad weather was announced and a trip to the Triberg waterfalls was a good idea. I parked at the top of the road to the industrial area (the nearby official parking lot only has 5 parking spaces and further up there are a handful of other parking spaces - all occupied, and that on a weekday). Admission to the waterfalls …
