This is the small road that passes Dale Head Farm and then climbs the narrow valley up to Wheston. It's about 90m of ascent and quite steep initially but fun and quiet.

Possibly the best little secret of the Peaks. A quiet lane through a pretty little gorge and far less busy than nearby landmarks.

Fantastic coffee stop a short distance out of Tideswell as an alternative coffee stop. Nice and quiet with a good selection of food and drink including hot and cold. Outdoor seating only with a bike shop opening next door shortly.
