In order to slowly build up muscle mass again, I went on another mountain bike ride today.
Cycled up the Wonnenbach, a valley that had previously been hidden from me.
From the Offenbacher Eckle, I then returned on familiar paths. The tour is suitable for cycling, although it is partly steep up the Wonnenbach.

The way from Haslach to Hornberg on the well-known cycle path (mostly asphalt). From Hornberg up the Offenbachertal to Offenbacher Eckle (tar road ends at the last farm). 150 m narrow path between Offenbacher Eckle and the Fährlefelsen. Via Huberfelsen - Prechtal view to Landwassereck. Via the Gürtenau and Mühlenbach back to Haslach. No challenges on the whole route.
