Castildetierra Hill

Mount Castildetierra, in Blanca Baja, is a unique geological formation in Navarre, unique and of particular interest for its landscape and educational value.

It is a large natural column of soft rock, generally of sedimentary origin (clay or shale and marl), whose top is formed by a more resistant sandstone rock that protects this column from erosion.
