With a campervan 3000km through Iceland incl. Westfjords. Travel period 25.5.-07.6.2023.

Beautiful hiking trail along the river past smaller waterfalls (e.g. Midfoss) to the largest, Bruarfoss.
In front of it is a great wooden bridge over the river, from where you have a great view of the waterfall.

A few info:

Basically not a difficult hike. Simple elevation profile.
Depending on the weather, the first part can get quite muddy when it rains.
Otherwise you can see 3 small waterfalls, the first of which is probably the most beautiful.

Children from 3 years quite possible. But no stroller.
