The Captain's Tea Rooms

Highlight • Cafe

Tea rooms with great scenic location. Inside and outside seating. Can watch bike from some inside seats. Menu fairly limited - breakfast items until 11:30 and lunch until 2:00. Mostly sandwiches, park pie, salads. Not cheap. Wide selection of cakes.

Look to your right as you head along NCN 6 towards Derby... A wonderful sculpture of a giraffe nestled amongst the trees! May be tricky to spot through the trees/bushes etc. But its a nice surprise when you do!
