September 25, 2021,Circular walk from Elterwater
As the weather was dull and cloudy we decided to do a favourite of ours, the circular walk from Elterwater. We used to be able to park on the spare ground for free but now pay £7.50!! In the village you can park on a National Trust car park if you get there early enough.
Whether you are after a low-level walk for the day or a wind-down day after the Langdale Pikes, this walk is ideal.
🥾Just shy of 11 miles, this walk is not technical or strenuous as the elevation comes from gentle elevations but I would rate it moderate + for its distance
