I can only recommend this tour, the ascent is pretty steep - you absolutely have to be sure-footed, the path is very alpine and has wire ropes on the mountain in between. We were able to take our dog with us, he jumped and climbed the smaller rocks and we helped him in 3 or 4 places. The view of the lake and staying by the lake was very, very nice.

Tour in / over the Altfasstal. The most difficult part of the tour is the Schellenbergsteig (6) below the Fallmetzer ridge. Absolute surefootedness is required there. There are e.g. T. ropes, but also unsecured passages with climbing inserts.
The lower Seefeldsee is then circled.
