Snowdon Inn Campsite

Highlight • Rest Area

Pretty, spacious campsite located by the river. The highlight is certainly the refreshing morning swim in the “pool” by the river.
The street calms down even at night.

On a clear day, from this end of Llyn Padarn you’ll get an enticing view of Snowdon and other peaks.
Its absolutely stunning and well worth the ride.

Telegraph Valley (Maesgwm)

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Maesgwm is also known as Telegraph Valley. The trail is gravel and well-made, brilliant to ride and much quieter than the main Llanberis path. It makes a great loop from Llanberis, using a section of the Ranger.

Rideable in both directions.

Framed Bikes, Llanberis

Highlight • Rest Area

Always handy to know a bike shop is within the area. Framed bikes is on the main street through Llanberis. The owner said there is a two to three week wait for work, but I got the feeling he would assist riders passing through

Pete's Eats Cafe

Highlight • Cafe

Nothing short of an institution, Pete's Eats is the only place to be when rain cancels play Llanberis. Of all the food and drink available on the impressively extensive menu, the pint sized mug of tea is the product the café is synonymous with. It's as much a Snowdonia rite of passage as the traverse of Crib Goch's main ridge.
