We entered the Almbachklamm from the Kugelmühle, a really beautiful gorge. It was a circular route back via Ettenberg😍.
Unfortunately the inn in Ettenberg wasn't open 🤷, but we had snacks with us 😅 and enough to drink 😃!!

The descent is quite steep and strenuous. There is a flatter option from the inn/pilgrimage church.
Otherwise one of the most beautiful gorge tours that I know.

Tip: lentil soup at the Mesnerwirt in Ettenberg and a visit to the pilgrimage church.
The water-powered ball mill at the entrance to the gorge is the only one in Germany.
