Combining a hike along the shores of the Great Plön Lake with a boat trip gives a great impression of Schleswig-Holstein's largest lake.
The towns of Plön, Bosau and the Prinzeninsel are sites of entertaining history spanning centuries, in the middle of what is now the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park.
