The Bunkhouse stands among the historic remains of Perry’s Paddock in Yellagonga Regional Park, offering a glimpse into the area’s early farming days. Rebuilt in the early 1990s, its simple stonework and chimney echo the buildings that housed workers on the property. Information signs nearby tell the story of the paddock, from Wanneroo’s first land grant, surveyed in 1838, to the picnic race days of the 1920s.
