From Kent Reserve, the Encounter Bikeway follows the coast towards Rosetta Head, with long stretches beside Encounter Bay rather than through town. This section is about 5.5 kilometres from central Victor Harbor to the Bluff, and the path stays fairly straightforward as it passes beachfront reserves and residential areas. It’s a particularly nice part of the wider bikeway if you want sea views without much climbing.
