Marvel Lake Campground (BR13), is a rustic backcountry campground managed by Parks Canada. The campsite serves as a vital staging base or stopover point for backpackers completing multi-day treks between the Mount Shark Trailhead and the high alpine core of Mount Assiniboine via either Assiniboine Pass or Wonder Pass. Despite its iconic name, the campground is not located directly on the lake shore of Marvel Lake, instead it sits in a dense, forested valley beside the rushing waters of Bryant Creek.
