This viewpoint on the bank of the Moy offers a perfect view of the Crete Boom, a unique 1917 shipwreck built entirely from concrete. The ship was built during World War I due to a shortage of steel and has been here since 1937 as a breakwater in the mud. While you rest on the bank, at low tide you can see the impressive texture of the concrete and the iron skeleton.
