Getting to the Kendig summit by bike is not a simple task, but it is truly worth it. The summit itself is a concrete block with a year on it. From here we don't see "anything", continuing past the fence, "half of Burgenland" unfolds before us, with the Schneeberg in the background. At the summit, by the way, there is a meteorological measuring station, which was formerly a military facility.
