Almost directly east of the church in Frauenhofen, on a small hill, stands the Raab Cross.
The inscription reads:
"Give praise and thanks to God the Lord that Raab is once again in Christ's hands on March 29, 1598."
This refers to the recapture of the fortress of Raab (Győr) in Hungary, which had been conquered by the Turks, by the imperial troops under Count Schwarzenberg.
