Also known as the Casa del Indiano, the Casa del Arco is a mid-17th-century manor house that belonged to Juan Ortega Montañés, archbishop and viceroy of Mexico. Its most striking features are the neoclassical façade with a large semicircular arch, Tuscan pilasters, and a portico divided into two floors, as well as its square interior courtyard with Ionic columns. Privately owned, it can only be visited by a guided tour arranged through the tourist office.
