One of the region's iconic climbs, beloved by hikers and trail runners alike. The trail winds up rugged alpine slopes until you suddenly reach the ridge, where the landscape opens up completely. From the pass, you look out over deep valleys, gray limestone cliffs, and the imposing high mountains of the Écrins.
