Per Brahe the Younger (February 18, 1602 at Rydboholm Castle, Uppland; September 12, 1680) was a Swedish Imperial Bailiff, Count of Visingsborg, and Governor-General of Finland.
In 1641, Per Brahe was appointed Imperial Bailiff, the highest official of the state. In his county, Per Brahe had the castle on the island of Visingsö expanded and two more castles built. In 1652, he founded the village of Brahe-Grenna, now known as Gränna, on the lake shore opposite the island.
