There is an indistinct inscription carved on a stone in the chapel. The first part looks like "R1846", the second part is illegible to me.
I have not found detailed information about the chapel, only brief mentions on the Korycin commune website. It is not entered in the national register of monuments. Although Wikipedia lists it on the card as a Korycin clay monument.
The second, "twin" chapel is located at the eastern end of the village of Brody.
