Hiking
Work on the current promenade began in 1966 in El Bajondillo. This promenade was created at a time of tourist boom in Andalusia, in the second half of the twentieth century. The construction of hotels, houses and tourist complexes made it necessary to create a new urban structure, which gave rise to areas such as Calle San Miguel, the Costa del Sol and numerous promenades near the coast.
