The Eierspeicher in Stavenhagen (Neue Straße 35) is a historic warehouse building dating back to 1880.
It originally served as a storage facility for eggs, feed, and fertilizer – hence the nickname "Eierspeicher" (egg warehouse), which is still used today. The owners changed several times until 1949, but the purpose of the building remained the same.
Since 2005 (after the merger of the Stavenhagen administrative district with the Reuterstadt): It now houses the building authority and the public order office with the registration office.
