Hiking

A Marian pilgrimage site with a very special history is the chapel of the Würzburg Schoenstatt Center. The origin of the place does not lie in an apparition of Mary or a miracle healing. The centerpiece of the church is an image of the "Mother Thrice Admirable", which is one of the most widespread images of grace today. The blessing of the chapel took place on June 17, 1962 by Bishop Dr. Josef Stangl instead.
