The New Orthodox Church (Biserica Ortodoxă Nouă) stands on the banks of the Turcul Stream. A small cemetery is also part of the religious complex. During our visit (August 2025), the church was under renovation.

The New Orthodox Church (Biserica Ortodoxă Nouă) in Bran was built between 1992 and 1995 to meet the Orthodox community's need for a larger place of worship. It is dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul and is located at the foot of the famous Bran Castle.
The architecture is simple and dignified, with the interior adorned with frescoes and an iconostasis.
