Owners of Oittaa in the 19th and 20th centuries included tobacco merchant Constantin von Fieandt (1868–1886), Baron Rabbe Gustaf Otto Wrede (1895–1902), Colonel Georg Didrik von Essen (1902–1908), veterinarian Magnus Leopold Kjöllerfelt (1908–1914), and bank manager Anders Ismael Wiksten (1914–1936). In 1939, the estate was mentioned for the first time as a manor, and it had 440 hectares of land, 100 of which were cultivated.
