The Evangelical Lutheran Peace Church is a modern church building with a 29-meter-high bell tower in Trappenkamp in Schleswig-Holstein.
On the day of the laying of the foundation stone on November 7, 1965, the church was given the name Peace Church, which, according to tradition, was chosen because the community of Trappenkamp was created as a result of the Second World War.
After the topping-out ceremony on June 16, 1966, the shell was completed.
On Pentecost Sunday 1967, the Bishop of Holstein, Friedrich Hübner, inaugurated the new Peace Church.
