All told, this National Scenic Recreation Trail runs a little more than 29 miles, with endpoints in Mabel to the north and Polk City to the south. It's paved, remarkably straight, and runs through the Green Swamp, which is the headwaters for some of Florida's favorite paddling waters. If you need to log some long-distance miles, this is a good spot to do it.
