The bronze sculpture "Iserkopp" by the artist Thomas Schütte was installed in 2022 directly at the Bieketurm, a defensive tower of the former city fortifications and today's armory of the Attendorn Rifle Association, as part of the LEADER funding project "Sculpture Trail - Customs and City History". It shows a knight sitting on a bench in full armor and is a popular selfie motif. The Iserkopp commemorates the siege of the city of Attendorn by the Swedes during the Thirty Years' War.
Tip: The nearby Café Harnischmacher has delicious Iserkopp chocolates on offer.
