Behind the gatehouse is the symmetrically laid out "bust garden". It is of great importance as a preserved part of the former green factory yard. Inside the garden are the busts of the former
paper manufacturers of the Zanders company. Surrounded by
bushes, trees and natural stone walls of different heights as well as benches for relaxing complete the ensemble.
In 1912, only the fountain monument for Richard Zanders was originally erected. Later, however, it was decided to develop a bust garden that honors the male papermakers of the Zanders family of entrepreneurs.
