Mountain biking
It is an ancient abbey founded in the 12th century by the Cistercian congregation. It was destroyed during the wars then rebuilt, and sold as national property during the Revolution.
Today, the abbey has been rehabilitated as a guesthouse. On the land, a chapel and the ruins of a church still remain.
