The church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo was built between 1943 and 1947 following the increase in the population of Castelletto.
The ancient church of Sant'Andrea, just upstream, was no longer able to contain all the faithful.
It was consecrated on 11 October 1947 by Monsignor Umberto Malchiodi, Archbishop of Piacenza.
