The Forcella de Formin, at 2,462 meters above sea level, is a large pass characterized by the presence of reddish outcrops. On one side you have the characteristic landscape of the Lastoi de Formin, while on the eastern side the pass is closed by the Croda da Lago massif. The atmosphere is surreal, almost lunar, given by the presence of dolomite rocks.

Hiking

This beautiful viewpoint, located next to the Forcella de Formin mountain pass, is more than 2,500 meters high. It offers a fantastic view of the Formin Valley, the Tofane massif, Mount Antelao and the majestic Mount Pelmo. It is a perfect place to eat something while you regain your strength.

Hiking

Beautiful hike around the Croda da Lago group. Here at the highest point below the Cima bassa da Lago there is a summit cross at 2460 m altitude. Great view to Monte Nuvolau and back to Becco di Mezzodi - a little break here to wander into the distance.
