The Health Path in the Arkoński Forest Park is 5 kilometers long. It leads through the forest with numerous ascents and descents along roads overgrown with tree roots. 15 practice stops are located between Arkonka and Głębokie. There are many roads and trails leading to the Health Path, the direction of the path is marked by white and blue stripes painted on trees.
The entrance to the Health Path is located next to the Głębokie tram terminus. Just outside the gate is the first stop on the Health Path.
