Véria leans against the southern slope of one of the folds of the Petite Montagne, nestled at the foot of Mont Charvet. The village is located on the edge of agricultural land and looks beyond the Suran plain towards Gigny. The grouped houses, built of stone and covered with Roman tiles, have very projecting roofs.
