On 07.09.1931 the war memorial was inaugurated with a ceremony.
Unguarded quarry stone construction, basalt stela with names of both World War II victims, warrior figure without weapons of sandstone, expressionism.
Often referred to as a lookout tower, but I have seen no rising.
