The Epermolen, also called Wingbergermolen, was built in 1884 as a grain mill on the Geul River. The mill is a listed building and is still in regular use. Today there is also a hotel in the building.

The beautifully situated Epermolen, or Wingbergermolen, was built in 1884 as a grain mill. This national monument is still in regular use. In the past, the mill was used to grind animal feed, grain and as a dynamo. The water power of the Geul drives the Epermolen, one of the twelve consecutive, protected watermills on the Geul.
