Contrary to previous comment, Val Frison is possible with bike, however a gravel bike or mtb is recommended. Only short segments of carrying our bike, we went from top to bottom without problems in good weather. Would advise against in rain or after rainy periods, due to instability in the river. Some construction going on in the lower part, just above the serpentines. Most of the road is rough gravel.

In the previous 500m it is necessary to advance on foot or by MTB/Gravel with excellent riding technique and only short stretches of portage. You can see the photo of the bridge and some of the global situation in Val Frison. As of 2/7/2023 on foot or by MTB/gravel it is easily feasible in normal weather conditions from Campolongo to Forcella Lavardet
