"Beth Olam"
Meaning: house of eternity
The cemetery was laid out in 1901-1902 after the dead of the Jewish community in Lindheim were initially buried in Hainchen. However, the Jewish cemetery there was almost full in 1901 and it was decided to create a separate cemetery for the Jewish community in Lindheim. It consists of a longitudinally oriented facility, which was formerly delimited by an artificial stone enclosure. The 13 surviving sandstone tombstones were regularly lined up between 1904 and 1936.
