December 2022: The artillery tower is there, just not where it is shown on the map. It's tucked away further west (roughly at the end of the path shown below, difficult to access). There is a new route from the Baltic Sea beach to Marynarki Wojennej Street. At the end there is an information board. According to that we found the gun positions and the tower.

Hiking

We were there today and it was great. Okay, for a publicly accessible bunker/tower it is already very littered, but still worth a visit. For some not much to discover, for others a real eye-catcher :-) The signpost to the tower is very well described, west of the bunker. A dirt path branches off to the left (west) and you will find it. Without the tips in the comments, I probably wouldn't have found it. Thank you very much for them :-)
