Hiking

Malpaís de Güímar is a special nature reserve that was placed under protection in 1987 and is of great ecological importance because the mild climate in this volcanic landscape and the coastal region allows you to admire many endemic plant species. In this impressive coastal lava landscape you will find, among other things: on lettuce, gorse and sea lavender, on various species of spurge, such as Canary Island spurge, as well as on numerous species of lichen.
