A large, four-winged complex is built around a rectangular courtyard. On the south side is the beautifully carved Baroque entrance portal, flanked by Ionic double pilasters and four vases above the gable frame.

Cycling

The monastery building was founded in 1624 by Bishop Leopold von Passau at the request of Seyfried Christoph von Breuner. The deed of foundation was issued on October 20, 1632. The previous building burned down in 1740. In 1745, the foundation stone was laid for the new building, a four-wing, three-storey building under gable roofs, which was built by master builder Ludwig Kaltner.
