The "Thermal Valley" is located next to the "Beitou Hot Spring Park". The sulfur steam, which often covers the valley and the lake, gives the place something mystical. The Ketagalans who once lived in the area called the valley "Patauw," which means witch or sorceress. "Beitou" is a derivative of this original name.
The water temperature in the hot springs of "Thermal Valley" is between 80 and 100 ° C
