The Jacques Depelsenaire Park is located on the former Plain of Maneuvers .Located on the same esplanade as the Palace of Justice and the former Glass Institute , the park was initially designed by Jacques Depelsenaire during the construction of the first in 1968. In 2011, it was redesigned. by architects Jean-Pierre Hernalsteens and Philippe Mousset.
