The park railway is the absolute highlight of Wuhlheide. Small narrow-gauge trains chug leisurely along a circular route through the park between spring and fall. What's special about it: Almost all of the work is done by children and young people – only the train drivers are adults. In addition to some perfectly maintained diesel locomotives, steam locomotives can even be seen on the tracks on some days.
The rides run every weekend and even daily during the summer holidays. A ride costs just a few euros, and discounts are available for groups and multiple trips.
