Unfortunately at the end of May still in winter. My wife and I wanted to go there and eat delicious waffles because of the hiking highlight.

Hiking
The cozy and traditionally furnished Fagerheim Fjellstugu is idyllically located in the middle of the Hardangervidda, on the E7 highway between Eidfjord and Geilo. It is accessible by car year-round.
It's perfect for a quick stopover (very good waffles and other regional dishes!) or as a base for day trips or overnight stays.
