Hiking
The Valbois ravine is a characteristic recess of the Jura. Perhaps one of the wildest around. This is located in the eponymous Nature Reserve, over a length of three kilometers. It is home to a superb waterfall which gives rise to a river, and serves as a refuge for many species of birds (king kite, peregrine falcon, black woodpecker...), insects and even reptiles.

Tough walking path, wear good shoes and long trousers. Some climbing and scrambling skills are required because of the many fallen trees.
