The boarded, half-timbered building with a ridge turret was donated by Johann Kugelstatter, the owner of the local hammersmith shop. The chapel features an altar niche with a painted canopy and curtain, in which a figure of St. Anthony is placed.
The associated Lourdes Grotto is located below the chapel.
